First set the number of quarter notes per bar for each rhythm, for example for 3 against 4 type in 3 set the first rhythm to "3" and the second rhythm to "4".
Next set the BPM (beats per minute). The BPM is calculated against the rhythm with the highest number of notes per bar.
Once you have your settings ready click “Start”. You can adjust them at any time or press “Pause” to stop.
Now you can practice various polyrhythms at different tempos, this will strengthen your internal pulse and improve your time.
If you're having trouble playing a polyrhythm then slow it down and slowly build your speed up.
