How to use the gig invoice generator
Fill in your business details and your client's details on the left, add a line item for each gig, rehearsal, or session you're billing for, and the invoice on the right updates as you type.
Pick your currency to automatically switch between VAT (UK/EU) and GST (Australia/Canada), or leave it as a generic tax line for USD. Enter a tax rate if it applies, and tick "Prices already include tax" if your line item prices are tax-inclusive rather than having tax added on top.
Add an optional logo, invoice ID, and pay-by date if you'd like them on the invoice — leave any of them blank and they simply won't appear.
On mobile, use the "Builder" and "Preview" tabs to switch between editing and previewing. When you're happy with it, click Download PDF to save a ready-to-send invoice.
Your details are saved in your browser (not sent anywhere) so you won't need to retype them next time you open this page. Use Clear saved data at the bottom of the form if you want to wipe everything and start over — handy on a shared or public computer.
